Here we are in the Comminges region, where the Garonne is both impetuous and tame. Five routes are available:

  • The Neste-Garonne confluence: from a mountain torrent, the Garonne becomes a meandering piedmont river.
  • The wide river plain: from the Camon estate to the village of Huos, where the Garonne meanders and cuts deep into its bed.
  • The narrowing of the Saint-Gaudinois region: here, perception of the landscape becomes confused and contact with the Garonne is not always easy.
  • The Inard plain: the Garonne deepens its bed and wanders as far as the Petites Pyrénées, with all the richness and dynamics of river environments.
  • Passing through the Petites Pyrénées: the village of Roquefort-sur-Garonne clinging to the Petites Pyrénées and the landscape of the Cluse.
